I had some weeding to do in the vegetable patch today, so this little guy came to help. He’s a scamp for pulling the leaves off of my potatoes, but we spent a good hour exploring and finding weeds (or stones, potato leaves, seed markers…) and although he’s caked in mud — he loved it.
A nice warm bath was exactly what was needed at the end of the day, and while scrubbing the muck off I smiled to myself. It truly is a good day when you have to be scrubbed clean at the end of it!
