Try to do a few stretches when you get out of bed in the morning to start your day right. This will boost your circulation, mood and confidence as soon as you get out of bed. Then, try to get outdoors for a gentle walk or jog.
If you are new to exercise or haven’t done it for a while, it’s important to start slowly, so ask your GP to help you put together a fitness plan and remember to listen to your body.
